"This was a fan-request, the trench coat model is taken from Frosted Winter by BEGINit, other than that, everything's made by myself.
Place the .dff and .txd either in Modloader, or replace in gta3.img, it's up to you.
The skin is also using only ONE texture, meaning you can make skins with it. I've included a Default, Player2 and a Beta skin."
