This save game has been completed past Trial by Fire and I attempt to do the paramedic mission. About 20 or so tries later, I finally got it and it was close, like, nearly on fire and having maximum 2 seconds to spare close. Felt my heart beating so hard, I was concerned. Enjoy this save game if you feel like getting shot at by the fish market dominating Triad.
