This is a very quick mod I made for the V1033 beta where I reversed every single flag, even the ones which didn't need it with the exception being the US flag, because it is already reversed.
To install this mod just place the folder named "all flags reversed" into Steam\steamapps\common\Ground Branch\GroundBranch\Content\GroundBranch\Patches\Country
