I suggest you download ModernLancer's or other modder's NGAL mod for a better experience.
There are two files, one is UNITY Mount T1, and the other one is SKIFF Laser Riser. After testing, SKIFF is relatively compatible with Lancer's Fast micro T2. In any case, SKIFF is completely incompatible with M4A1 and M16A4.
