I made a complete shoothouse including enemies, civilians and some steeltargets. The building is designed to practice a complex assault operation so things like reconnaissance, providing exterior overwatch, using multiple entry points etc. can be trained.
It has two floors plus a catwalk for instructors, awkward angles and exterior guard posts. The map uses the Geronimo gamemode to implement civilians so you'll have to download that first. Joining the red team also allows "Instructors" to walk safely on the catwalk without getting shot by the AI.
