Quad Night Vision Goggles also known as the "GPNVG-18 - Ground Panoramic Night Vision Goggles" Night Vision (NVG) replacement for Ground Branch. (Check the How To folder in the addon to see how to install it).
NOTE: It is "client-side", meaning that only the people who have this mod installed can see/use it.

Quad Night Vision Goggles also known as the "GPNVG-18 - Ground Panoramic Night Vision Goggles" Night Vision (NVG) replacement for Ground Branch. (Check the How To folder in the addon to see how to install it) NO RESHADE IS NEEDED, IT EDITS THE ORIGINAL FILES AND REPLACES THEM. Works a charm ?
NOTE: It is "client-side", meaning that only the people who have this mod installed can see/use it.
Also remember to save the original files if you intend on "uninstalling"/returning back to the original NVGs.
Here are a couple of ways to get the original NVGs back:
Option 1: You need to have saved the original files somewhere and just replace them back with the original ones.
Option 2: Verify the integrity of game files through steam.
Option 3: Reinstall the game.(I would upload the original files for people to drag and drop but I don't think I am allowed to.)
