   Why though? Those irons serve no functionality on that gun other than adding weight and forcing your reticle's height-over-bore to increase.

      Realistically speaking they are there incase the LCO dies, yank it off and I still got BUIS.
      I also use risers anyway as the height-over-bore increase doesn't bother me and speaking RL just keeps my head in a more natural and comfortable position.
      
      Game wise it just looks pretty awesome.
