NMM updated to 0.17.1
Incidentally a couple of weeks ago NMM rolled past the 500,000 unique downloads mark, just before its 5 month anniversary since going in to open beta. It's great to see over half a million users have now tried out NMM and we'll continue to roll out more updates and changes soon as we work towards getting NMM in to general release and out of open beta.

Still haven't quite managed to get it sorted.
Running Win 7 x64.
Just because this is beta does not mean that they should get away with not doing regression testing before a new release.
1) Sort order...enough said on that already by others
2) Leaves traces of some uninstalled mods behind on the installed list which one much be careful to leave unchecked.
3) not intuitive with adding mod author patches to existing mods (Part of that is the mod author's fault for lack of instruction in a lot of cases.)
One nice thing I see it the program is a lot more intuitive in building mod files from no mod packages.
Keeping in mind it is a beta, I would like to see some Editing functionality similar to FNV.
Well, there is, and the game runs properly with it. The NMM puts in an extra entry, and the game CTD's on startup.
@ArmedKevin117 : there shouldn't be a skyrim.esm in plugins.txt .
This update of NMM crash my game.. and i get all day to fix..
1. Copy all your saves (C:Users/XXX/Documents/My Games/Skyrim/Saves)
2. Copy your mod folders
3. Delete Skyrim folder (C:Users/XXX/Documents/My Games/Skyrim)
4. Unnistal NMM
5. Install NMM, BUT NOT UPDATE.. this is importante..
6. Copy yours saves back
7. Start SKYRIM WITHOUT MODS, LOAD GAME, QUIT AND NOT SAVE !!
8. Instal all mods again.. apen skyrim.. and be happy..
