Merchants refresh inventory every 6 seconds. Faction merchants refresh every 3 seconds. No more reloading game to farm merchants.
There is also a "green" version where there is 1/3 chance of double green, 1/3 chance of yellow prefix and green suffix, and 1/3 chance of green prefix and yellow suffix. This seems to also affect drops from boxes, vases etc., but not chests. Green items start showing up around level 9-10.
