Almost all equipment upgrades beefed up about 50%, plus few talents here and there

- Talent points has been added to top level upgrades of wearable items
- It will add all of these new bonuses automatically, if you have an upgraded item you don't need to redo the job
- Choose your talents wisely. Only 1 point of each talent would be effective. Multiple bonus points of one talent nullify the bonus.
- This mod changes the global parameters of equipment's upgrade, so all characters will get the benefits.

- Armour upgrades have re-balanced, so all options have their own value
- Talent bonuses re-distributed. Gloves => Craft , Boots => Vigour
- Talent points conflict is minimised on body armour upgrades
- Locate the game installation folder
- Create a new folder and name it "datalocal" (if you don't have one already)
- Simply copy the content of the downloaded file into [gamePath]\datalocal
