Now De Sardet isn't completely incompetent and actually should be going on a mission! You'd think he/she would know something and not just be a completely useless person given their upper class heritage and since they've supposedly been training with Kurt for years. One point has been added to each talent at the default level.

Now De Sardet isn't completely incompetent and actually should be going on a mission! You'd think he/she would know something and not just be a completely useless person given their upper class heritage and since they've supposedly been training with Kurt for years. One point has been added to each talent at the default level.
Added one point to each talent at start. Tested working on new games and active saves (points appear but there are severe bugs - you are warned). Talent_variables.sli was modified to change the default values of talents on the character and in gui to be 1 instead of 0.
Use at own risk. Removal effects from active saves are unknown. Official patch effects are unknown. Other potential bugs unknown.
*WARNING* Major bugs found while using on active save! Causes glitches with respec and +1 equipment etc. Please use only on new character creations. Thanks to Zetz7 for testing this on an active save and reporting back - please check comments for their full findings. Work will be done to see if bugs can be fixed but it is fully possible that it will not be possible to fix.
