Rebalance capes, removing +1 CHA constant bonus and slightly changing attributes to more variety
- Permissions and credits
Removes +1 CHA bonus of capes, and changing attributes to more possibilities of adaptation of your playstyle. (the bonuses are friendly, not cheaty)
CHA bonus was only on capes (on all capes of the entire game...), to rebalance that, you can now find the CHA bonus in some upgrades of armors.
In upgrades of armors, 2 kind of upgrades add the same VIGOR bonus, one of the upgrade was some kind of parchment... now it gives you CHA bonus instead.
So it adds better variety and logic to capes and crafting, and get rid of the constant +1 CHA (kind of) cheaty bonus!
2 versions, with and without capes visible on character, choose only one.
