VRTP (acronym for Vice City ReTexture Project) is a project that intends to re-texturize entirely the game with high-resolution textures.Inspired by other projects like SRT3, RoSA and HRT 1.4, the project got it's first release in 2017-10-06, the reason I started this mod was because GTA: VC didn't had a good and faithful texture mod at the time, so, with a low experience I got some of the original textures from a images pack made by Dimzet13 and with that it tried to expand and find the source image of the textures myself, do a faithful recreation or most recently, upscale it. I also got help from many people with the texture recreations, I can really thank those people because they made me learn more and want to make things with better quality.
