   My file is downloading as a rar instesd of a pak file is this why it’s not working if so how could I fix it

   Just create a folder naming (~mods) in following directory of game/gameface/content/paks and just move the .pak files in that.

   This mod needs more endorsements. Just did 100% playthrough with this mod; excellent job! Pretty dead-on to the original PS2 face.

   This is pretty amazing and definitely how I'd picture Vercetti to actually look to be quite honest. I'm definitely downloading this and using on my full playthrough. This is awesome thanks for this reskin!

   the models face has similar resemblance to the og and that is all the definitive needed not some random in tommys clothes

   This honestly looks better than any of the other Tommy remodels I've seen. 
   It really feels closer to the OG version of Tommy.
