This one replaces the default Tommy Vercetti's Shirt In The GTA Vice City Definitive Edition
Just Extract The File & Place it inside :
Gameface\Content\Paks\~mods
Create A New Folder Inside The Paks Folder named "~Mods" if there's not one
Future Updates Will Come Soon For the Exact Same Design
