Very simple Preset, probably hard to tell from pictures. Once you drag & drop Files & get in-game, Try toggling on/off (instructions below) to get a better grasp.
-Sharper image (image should feel slightly less Blurry)
(not that Vanilla is even that blurry to begin with but I still prefer the reshade)
-Colors are slightly adjusted
(again hard to tell but I think The sky & clouds probably give a good Example)
-In-game you Should see a message at the top like This...
-at Main menu hit the *Home* key
-At the top click the drop-down menu
-Choose "SimpleShade" & Hit select

-At the top look for a tab that says "Settings"
-Click it, Look for "effect toggle key"
