Grove Street Games messed up the tattoos seen on the Vagos peds. Some of the Vagos Peds have actual Grove Street Tattoos which i have removed and fixed with this mod by replacing them with lore friendly tattoos. Also changed a random tattoo on a vago's members back which showcased Africa.
