   hey man, nice mod but i am using these for bith vc and sa but for gta 3 how do you get that water color in the "old" photo i have never seen anyone with that water color thanks

      I genuinely don`t know mate, I know that I had not altered the water color back then, and TBH haven`t played the game since then.
      
      Maybe the developers had changed the water color in GTA 3 in some update after, maybe that is the reason.

   This is pretty good and I see what you must be going for. water isn't normally all calm looking like the DE shows it as. Just needs some kind of Tweak to it

   Looks even worse than the plastic water in the game. Looks like grainy plastic water.
