I've always found the dual wielding in San Andreas obnoxious and immersion breaking. This script edit removes dual wielding upon reaching Hitman skill level for guns. This affects the 9mm, Sawn Off, Tec 9, and Uzi. Be advised this is only a script edit, it doesn't change animations or anything. That's beyond the scope of my modding abilities.
