This is a simple reshade that i made to enhance the vibes of Vice City by adding colourfull and enhanced lighting at night, and warm lighting during the day.

Enhance your GTA Vice City with this simple reshade
to install, just make sure u have installed Reshade, u can find it in Reshade.me
then just drag all the files in to the game's folder

I recommend to set Brightness and Contrast both close to maximum level ingame
