This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points
So I know a lot of people disliked Lance's appearance in the DE so I hope this fixes everyone's gripes with his look by adding on my favorite look for him his VCS head onto his DE model. Just a quick note, Lance's cop suit shouldn't look weird ingame I just put it on Tommy cause I cba to replay back to that point just to see him lol
