Got VCS Lance's head on his DE model, still working on it that being why his eyes are white but I do think this is already a massive improvement over what he looked like in the DE lol

      Hi bro, i wanted to ask you if you could explain to me how to properly mod the skins when it comes to change Heads in the 3 Games of the Trilogy Definitive Edition please, because i wanted to do something similar but with Claude Speed from San Andreas 1992 for GTA 3 Definitive Edition and then to convert into a pak file, i´ve been having problems to convert my mods into pak files and there´s no tutorials explain how to do it for the GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition.

      I´ve already done the swap heads for the classic games but with 3Ds Max but i still didn´t find a way to make the mouth moving for the characters in the cutscenes xD
