How to install:
Go to ~\Granblue Fantasy Versus\RED\Content\Paks\~mods\
Create \~mods\ if it does not exist yet.
Extract the files into that directory.

It should look like

~\Granblue Fantasy Versus\RED\Content\Paks\~mods\Yuel_Vocal_Theme.pak
~\Granblue Fantasy Versus\RED\Content\Paks\~mods\Yuel_Vocal_Theme.sig
