Adds the same voice filter that Arkham Knight uses for Red Hood.
Special thanks to D.Papageorgiou2207 for creating the voice filter effect! This was a project we worked together on a while ago but unfortunately wasn't made due to audio problems in this game but fortunately, I've figured it out! Hope you enjoy!
NOTE: Does not work with the Game Pass version of the game
To install, place the PAK file in Gotham Knights\Mercury\Content\Paks
