Less dynamic zooming, more static. For example, vanilla has the camera zoom in if you are only facing one enemy. I have disabled some of these transitions.

This mod mainly:
The camera is more over-head than over-the-shoulder and thus opens your FOV around you (360deg) instead of being unidirectional.
Increases FOV from 80 to 90
"Pawn look at height" 130 to 190.
This makes the camera's dynamic scripts more likely to pitch downwards.
Combine the two, you get a clearer view in the radius around the character.
Camera zoom effects are still in and are adjusted in accordance with the increase in camera height.
Also, the elevated camera makes NW's aerial bounce chaining so much easier.
