   I'm actively working on this. It'll be included as an optional patch file for a mod I'll be releasing that makes her suit actually black instead of dark gray, but you'll be able to just use the yellow cape file separately.

   deadjack133's short cape mod adds a short full yellow cape to the knightwatch suit, it will also add short capes to other suits though.
