I altered the resources.json file to increase stack sizes of most items except armor and large weapons. I have no idea if this will cause any issues but its working for me so far. I also lowered the weight of some items like the berries, carrots, sticks and other small items. Workers should be able to carry more of them to a pile now. If you want to alter these yourself, edit resources.json in a text editor.
To install this mod: Make a backup of your resources.json and then copy this file into the original directory. Typical folder location is: steam\steamapps\common\going medieval\going medieval_data\streamingassets\resources
