About this mod
Adds options to the `Gameplay` tab to control how often the players character voices a line when issuing move, attack commands etc. Also includes an option to mute the line if it's the same as the previous one.

- Stop duplicate lines playing when issuing move or attack commands.
- Control how often a line is voice. For example, you could change it to 0% to have no voices, or 50% etc.
