Reduces stutters/fps drops when new sections are loaded in.

Description
Improves overall performance by reducing the noticeable stutters when the new sections of the level are loaded in.
It's done by preloading the sections ahead of time, in areas that are less "gameplay-important" such as cutscenes, vents, hallways, and tutorials.
Note: Supports only the first level, not the motorbike level.

Installation
- Download the mod .pak file and extract it into "...\Ghostrunner 2\Ghostrunner2\Content\Paks\LogicMods\".
(Create the folder LogicMods if you don't have it) - Download and install DML Modloader.
- Launch the game.
- Once you reach the main-menu, open the console and type `dml add performance` to activate the mod.
