It removes the strong language from enemies, and that's about it. If you don't like it, then you don't have to download it. If someone finds use from this, I'm glad. If anyone downloads this and finds out I missed something, comment so I can go find the file and remove it.
I also removed what I presume is just ambient talk in the city, which has subtitles, unlike that of the enemies. This may show language in the subtitles then, but I tried removing the cue file for those audio files, so hopefully they won't ever cue rather than just cueing as blank and still showing the language in the subtitling.
All work was done in FModel to find and extract the audio files and then repackaged with the .pak repacker from Unreal Engine, which I got from here-- https://github.com/Dmgvol/GR_Guides/blob/main/Tools/UnrealPak.zip.
To install, just navigate to the Paks folder which should be something like Ghostrunner/Ghostrunner/Content/Paks, then create a folder called ~mods in the Paks folder. Drop the mod pak in that folder, then create a copy of the Ghostrunner-WindowsNoEditor.sig file, name it the same as the mod pak, and put that in the ~mods folder.
Again, I don't care if anyone ever downloads this, it was a proof of concept for me that I could start modding. Hopefully, I can do Ghostrunner 2 soon once I get it.
