Game Update July 24, 2018 Version 3050197.
REQUIREMENT: GAME VERSION: 2836063 {Uplay Legit game}
Start game will the highest Tier 1 mode, all rebel support, all weapons lvl 30, all medals, all skills, most of the Kingslayer files found BUT MISSIONS AND SIDE MISSIONS NOT TOUCH. This way, It would feel a new game plus starting anew with the highest difficulty. Tread carefully, stealth is the best approach this time.
How I make this save game file to work.
1. BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE: This will only work on Legit game with the latest update. I have all the DLCs and season pass 2.
2. MAKE A BACKUP FOR YOUR SAVE GAME. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.
3. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\ff0da5d5-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx\1771 and Make a backup of the entire content.
4. Delete the files inside the 1771 (at which you already have a backup) and extract the save game files into this folder. Should look like this.

5. Start Uplay in offline mode.
6. Start game. It should load up the local savegame file. If you wish to go online, remember that your previous save files on your game cloud will be overwritten by this savegame file so you need to know how to revert back by using your backup file in case this will not work.
7. Be careful. Use at your own risk when playing online with friends. I have tried this with my friends online and it is working well but I am not certain it will work well at your end. I am not a modder. I just want to share this experience with those who love repeating the game at start with full arsenal upgrade and playing at the highest difficulty where you can be one-hit-kill by any enemy. You can always turn off the Tier mode if you like.
