Places the scopes on the TAC-50 at a more reasonable position.

Included the gunsmith file so that the scope appears correct in the gunsmith aswell.
Installation:
I'm sure you know the drill by now.
Place the specific files into their corresponding folders. (They are named inside the .zip)
If you need really detailed installation guides since it's your first time installing a mod in GRB, just look them up here on other mods.
A lot of amazing people here have created really simple and understandable step-by-step guides and i do not want to simply copy them.
