The first batch should cover most of the assault rifles in game, which are separated into folders so you can pick and choose which ones to install. There are quite a few, so let me know if I missed any.
Read this, for the love of god. For every question I'm asked that's answered by the mod page or the readme in the optional files, I will send an email to Ubisoft begging that the next Ghost Recon game be a live-service battle royale.
DISCLAIMERS
- This mod does not edit weapons that do not have the top-mounted APTIAL by default, such as the 416 assault special or the G2, as that would require swapping out the skeleton of each weapon's handguard and making it further incompatible with other weapon mods. Also, that's a shitload of effort on my part because I'd have to individually test each of the 60ish incompatible weapons, which I don't wanna do.
- This mod is not compatible with most other weapon mods as is, but it is extremely simple to make it compatible with any mod that doesn't edit the SCOPES.BuildTable files of any weapons affected by this mod. Any mods that edit the SCOPES.BuildTable files of weapons affected by this mod are completely incompatible, because the scopes buildtable is what determines the laser's position on the handguard.
- The ATPIAL blocks like 30-50% of the sight picture on high power scopes, depending on the magnification. They're still usable, but the tick marks below the reticle will be either partially or fully obscured.
- The ATPIAL clips atrociously with the dual-range sight on the Silver Stake tactical.
- Ironsights are not edited because the ATPIAL would completely block them and render them useless.
- Do NOT pester other modders about compatibility between their mods and this one. It takes like 2 minutes to make this mod compatible with others that don't modify a weapon's scopes. Check the readme PDF in the optional files.

- Download and install Kamzik123's AnvilToolkit
- Under Settings>Files in AnvilToolkit, disable the "Use compression" option and set the Compression ratio to 0.
- Unpack the DataPC_patch_01.forge file.
- Put the .data folders of the weapons you want to mod into "Ghost Recon Breakpoint\Extracted\DataPC_patch_01.forge\Extracted." If you wanted to mod the A2, for example, you'd use the "28642_-_WI_ASR_Imbel-IA2.data" folder, NOT the "A2" folder.
- Repack the .data folders.
- Repack the DataPC_patch_01.forge folder.
- Launch the game to see the changes.
