Adds the LVOA-C from The Division. Replaces MK18

Permissions and credits
This mod adds the LVOA-C from The Division.

Further details:

- Replaces MK18

- Dynamic rail plates

- Adjusted laser and grip positions.

- MBUS flip-up sights

- Gunsmith and UI conversion.

Instructions:

1. Unpack "DataPC_patch_01.forge", "DataPC_Resources_patch_01.forge" and "DataPC_extra_patch_01.forge" using AnvilToolkit.

2. Drop the files contained in each folder within the zip file into the respective unpacked folders, replace existing files if asked to.

3. Now repack "DataPC_patch_01.forge", "DataPC_Resources_patch_01.forge" and "DataPC_extra_patch_01.forge".

4. Start the game and enjoy!
