adds two helmets, ops core covered and with no cover

This mod add two variatns of the ops core helmet, covered and no cover replacing the pasgt and pasgt covered helmet
Includes custom UI icons to find them more easily
For ops core covered:
Helmet cover takes color from helmets
Helmet rails take color from headsets
For ops core no cover
Main part of the helmet takes color from helmets
Helmet rails and nvg mount rail takes color from headsets
I will not change this coloring system so don't ask
