D-01: "Skell isn't paying us. Nor is there a limit to how much we're being paid."
D-02: "Not Skell? Who's paying us then?"
D-01: "CIA. They want us to stir up trouble in Auroa. Blame it on the Outcasts. Target the tech centers and destroy them publicly and violently."
