This Mod Was requested as a commission by @houmousjoe2311 on discord he kindly didn't mind it being published 

Install instructions:

1-Extract the gapack_bitmaps_h_armor_0_cloak.rar

2-Copy the gapack_bitmaps_h_armor_0_cloak.psarc to the
"Ghost of Tsushima DC\cache_pc\psarc"
