Adjusts the damage of Explosive Ammunition to be scaling in a more useful manner (expect roughly double the damage)

Currently I am no longer working on keeping this mod up to date due to lack of motivation.
It might still work (as of Sep 2022) but no guarantee for stability or full functionality.
First off, I'm not too great with formatting so i'll keep it brief.
The Mod is mostly just changing the damage values of the HE Grenades for the G79 Grenade Launcher, the HEDP and the RL7V.
it is also increasing the explosion damage for the .50 BMG Explosive Ammo by roughly 50%.
This obviously will not be compatible with mods that mess with the respective files.
If i happen to find an issue with it, or someone else happens to find that the damage doesnt seem to be affected, i'll look into it again (was the first time i messed with ammo and didnt look too deep into it).
