Increases likelihood of trade resources and makes Precursor Worlds visible again to custom races.

The newest update greatly (and I mean GREATLY) reduced the frequency of trade resources, and hid Precursor Worlds from Custom Races in the name of "Balance."
I'm not a fan of "balance," so this mod makes finding trade resources more likely, and lets Custom Races ONCE AGAIN see Precursor Worlds.
And I couldn't help myself; I made Precursor Worlds a little bit better.
Honestly, what's the point of "Trade Resources" if you never have any, and what's the point of "Precursor Worlds" if you can never see them?
