Allow the modification of tech cost in all or selective tech trees. Can speed up or slow down research time much more than game settings.
Techs can be set per tech age. So if you want a longer age of war, but shorter age of expansion, no problem.
Can also skip tech ages by setting tech costs to zero. Effectively gifting all tech in a certain age to the researcher. Not tested for balance.
