Most of the credit goes to the original artists that made these pieces. I've just cut their background and made them transparent so they'd serve me better.
Installation is pretty simple. Just find your root folder of Galactic Civ III -> Find folder GFX -> Factions -> Leader FGS . Export the images in there, launch game and enjoy making your custom races with these!
