About this mod

This mod adds "Overpowered" racial ability that gives you a plethora of bonuses in pretty much every aspect of the game, as well as a great starting system "Kepler-51" that contains three class 30 planets with their own traits (shielded, active core and bread basket) that are colonizable right off the bat.

The "Kepler-51" system contains three class 30 planets:
      
  • Ares - civilization capital, precursor shielded, "faux-earth" tileset
  • Hephaestus - colonizable, active core, "iconia" tileset
  • Demeter - colonizable, bread basket, "snathi prime" tileset

Racial Ability

The ability "Overpowered" has the following effects:

  • Missile weapon mass: -20%
  • Beam weapon mass: -20%
  • Point defense mass: -20%
  • Shield systems mass: -20%
  • Ship accuracy: +10%
  • Sensor systems mass: -75%
  • Life support systems mass: -75%
  • Interstellar drive mass: -50%
  • Sensor range: +100%
  • Influence growth: +100%
  • Research: +200%
  • Social construction: +200%
  • Wealth: +750%
  • Diplomacy bonus: +3
  • Shared borders diplomatic penalty: -2
  • Planetary defense: +50%
  • Strategic resource mining: +1
  • Tactical repair (starbase): +5
  • Tactical repair (shipyard): +5
  • Tactical repair (ship): +0.25
  • Ship manufacturing cost: -10%
  • Logistics cap: +100
  • Approval: +50
  • Colony population cap: +15
  • Colony growth: +0.1
  • Colony resistance: +100%
  • Pragmatic points per turn: +5
  • Benevolent points per turn: +5
  • Malevolent points per turn: +5


Installation

Extract the "ModSystem" folder to:    Documents\My Games\GC3Crusade\Mods\
Start the game, open the "Gameplay" tab in Options and make sure "Enable Mods" is ticked.
Restart the game.
