Extra Extreme planets, more icons and some traits/features balancing

Permissions and credits
MOD function:

1. Adds two extreme planets  and new tech for them (icons were actually in game files but unused)

2. Adds slightly different icons for corrosive and bacterial planets (they use same tech so I decided to only change colour for better distinction)

3. All planets with traits will have HUD icon (not only extreme ones)

4. General trait balancing to make them more interesting and worth attention (I included some, but not all of them, on screenshots)

5. Planet Features has been changed slightly so their color better represent given bonus.

6. Changed/fixed how Adaptive race works (appropriate bonus received on tech research and non-adaptive race don't receive this level except planets in point 7, hopefully ;) )

7. Every type of civ has one planet at full potential from start (Carbon - Corrosive, Synthetic - Bacterial, Silicon - Frozen, Aquatic - Aquatic)


Currently tested for v4.0 with all major expansions.
Use at your own risk. May cause universe to collapse.


To activate:
extract to: C:\Users\xxx\Documents\My Games\GC3Crusade\Mods
and ENABLE MODS in game options->gameplay


All my mods I made primally for myself. Use as is. Bug reports are welcome but I will not be making changes someone else wants.
