Not greatly balanced but its something that I made for myself and decided to let other people play it as well. It adds a bunch of new technologies that are generally more expensive than the others as well as improvement to accompany the technologies. Works with any version of Gauntlet just fine.
Mod is not particularly well balanced right now I don't think, the extra technologies are quite expensive and provide many different bonuses, improvement and agents for the game.
