Adds a colony unique improvement that trains one administrator for a colony.

Feeling squeezed on administrators? Enjoy your insane map games and can't stand the current limit on administrators that seems more appropriate for a tiny map? Try this mod.
The mod adds a new improvement, the Administrator Training Institute, that is colony unique, and unlocked by the Colonial Settlements tech (or Propagation tech for the Yor). When built, it provides one new administrator to care for the colony. The building itself provides some adjacency bonuses.
Install: Unzip the .7z file into your Documents\My Game\GC3Crusade\Mods folder and start a new game.
Uninstall: Delete the AdministratorSchool folder from your Mods folder.
