The mod adds a new improvement, the Administrator Training Institute, that is colony unique, and unlocked by the Colonial Settlements tech (or Propagation tech for the Yor). When built, it provides one new administrator to care for the colony. The building itself provides some adjacency bonuses.
Install: Unzip the .7z file into your Documents\My Game\GC3Crusade\Mods folder and start a new game. Uninstall: Delete the AdministratorSchool folder from your Mods folder.
