Installation
Unzip mod into \steamapps\common\Frostpunk2\Frostpunk2\Content\Paks
Works with saves without mod but any prebuilt housing blocks and filter tower will not get the modified perks, just rebuild them.
Uninstall:
Delete mod from the 'Paks' folder to restore Vanilla game
