Version v16.0
- FNF x PNM has been redeveloped from the ground up, and has changed engine. It's now went from Kade Engine 1.4.2, to Kade Engine Community! Within so, all of Kade Engine's features has been applied to FNF x PNM Demo Mod. As follow:
- Freeplay Modifiers has been added in where you can change the gameplay to your liking. Such as, Opponent Mode where you can play as the Opponent, and even Health Drain where Opponent can Drain your Health. These Modifiers are exclusively for Freeplay Mode.
- This engine has a built-in Noteskins where you can change them in the Options Menu. The Note Skins Menu did not make its return because of that.
- Options Menu has a full redesign
- Down Scroll, and Middle Scroll has been fully functionable. But I wouldn't recommend doing Middle Scroll while using Opponent Mode. It's a bit buggy...
- You're now able to skip through the song by pressing space key when it appears. Just so for people who wants to get straight to point. But don't try it when there's an intro playing (like during Angel, and Alice). It may do some booky...
- Opponent Characters that bop to the beat (like Test Square, and Joshua) no longer stop bopping when it's their turn.
- Majority of songs has been readjusted to play better and become more sync with the music.
- The mod now have Mouse controls for the Menus. You can easily scroll through songs with the scroll wheel, or choose any other options by just clicking it. Although, Events Mode and Character Select Mode doesn't have Mouse controls.
- Camera Zooming is now back, and it can be functionable from the Options Menu. But in default, it's always off.
- You can now turn on the "R to Reset" key on the Options Menu. Just for those who wants to see all the playable characters' unique lose animation.
- Now there are Hitsounds which can be function on the Options Menu. Though I haven't really test this out myself, you can give it a shot. If people actually like it, I'll make more throughout updates.
- The mod now runs a lot smoother, and a lot faster. It should cause less amount of lags. Well, that depends on your PC.
- Notesplashes are now here. It can be functionable on the Options Menu.
- The Judgments/Combo numbers has been added. You can now tell on how many amount of rating you've done in a song.
- A new rating has been added. Which is "Marv".
- Video Cutscenes (like Jamtine's "Combine", and Splatuing's ending video) now loads a lot faster, and a lot sooner.
- - You're now able to change Difficulty from Pause Menu. Though if you're playing as any playable character, this will reset your playable character back to the default character for that song. If this happens, head back to the Character Select screen to get them back!
- And a lot more Kade Engine Community features that are now here. You can check it out for yourself.
- Now that's taken care of, let's get the main focus of the Update. Which is Wave 16 itself, and as it follows:
- Added the 4 new opponents from Wave 16 which are: Mary, Yuki, Jyun & Shingo, and Eito (Bonus)
- Don Wada and Katsu Wada have both joined the roster as new playable characters! They are very unique compared to the others, and have unique voice line when you hit a certain amount of combos. Plus, they make Taiko sounds just like from their game.
- Official Darnell has been added as (Current) Online Darnell's Alternative. When selecting Darnell in the characters select screen, press [T] to swap between the two. (You can tell on which Darnell you're playing as from the icon below.)
- 4 new Pop'n related events have been added. 2 of them is where you play as a Pop'n character, 1 where you playthrough a video in the background, and 1 more is where you face against a Pop'n character with any Playable Characters.
- 2 New Announcers has been added which are Tekken and Monkeyball.
- 2 New Menu Music has been added which are Smash Bros and Tekken.
- Character Select Screen and both Freeplay Menus now have their own Menu Music. Plus in the Freeplay Menu, you can now press Space key to play the selected song.
- The Score on the bottom now have a background, and it changes colour depending on playable characters. Much like with the Song Position Bar.
- It is now possible to play VENUS Stage at day time. Visit Options Menu, and head to the Misc Tab to do so.
- There's now an In-game Credits Roll. Head to Options Menu, and then the Misc Tab to see it for yourself.
- You're now able to change Characters from the Pause Menu. So you no longer need to leave out the song to change a character.
- The Difficulty can now be seen on the bottom left. Even one for Event Mode.
- The Discord RPC has been changed to have a new icon, and even to have new in-game info such as on which character you're currently playing as.
- The unused animation for Miho (where she blows a kiss) has now be reused in X-Plan.
- The unused animation for Risky Boots where she points at the playable character now has been reused in Risky. She also have a unique line when playing the song as Shantae.
- Both Wave 10, and Hip-Hop Menu Music now have their unique Events Mode and Extra Mode (for Wave 10) theme respectively.
- Much like with Wave 6, this Wave brings out a whole new coat to the Menu designs. All Menus have been redesign to look better, and fit in with the current generation of FNF Community.
- Pause now plays a sound when you open it, and close it.
- Test Square's animation has been change slightly.

- Two stages has been slight adjusted to make it look better which are both Alicia, and Hugh.
- Fake Accelerator now have the correct voices for both Accelerators. Ever since, it was Kojou's voices. Whoops!
- Fake Accelerator in general just have a full on improvement. The TVStatic is now slightly transparent, Last Order now reacts to Fake Accelerator's transformation, and at the end where Accelerator finish it off, the TV Effect now fade out rather than straight up disappearing.
- There's now a TV-like Screen cover for both Zizz's and Fake Accelerator. (Thanks to therealjake_12 for this.)
- At the beginning of Howling, Ash now howls immediately as the song starts.
- Adjusts the Volume for Yu, Rentaro, and Sinon for some songs. Heck, even Pico too (who have a little amount of adjustments)
- Intro animations now actually starts when the song is load up rather than waiting for the Countdown to start. Plus when their Intro animation is finished, it now plays their Idle. As planned since.
- All Solo songs Events now exclusively have Middle Scroll enable since there's no Opponent.
- The song "Stories" have its charting readjusted to be a lot harder.
- Rie's songs now have much faster note scrolling speed.
- The song "Brand New World" now have a short version than a long version.

- Fix an oospy on the song "School" where Will Sprout still have his old Chromatic Scale voice. Now it should have his new one.
- The default note miss sounds will no longer plays on Playable Characters who have unique miss sounds for themselves.
- Song Position Bar for sure should be enable when starting the game for the first time.
- Both songs "Konayuki", and "Miss Paralell World" has been removed from the mod for a certain reason...
-
Version v15.0
- Added the Wave 15 Opponents which are Zizz, Alicia, and Hugh.
- Yu Narukami from Persona 4, Rentaro Satomi from Black Bullet, and Sinon from Sword Art Online has all joined the rosters as new playable characters! For Yu and Sinon, Rise Kujikawa and Yuuki joins them as supporters respectively.
- 2 New Extra weeks has been added which are Persona 4 Arena where you face against Sho Minazuki, and Sword Art Online where you face against Alice.

- Fixed the Fade in and out from menus to menus. It now cover the enite UI, and doesn't break once after completing a week from Story or Extra Mode.

- You are now able to change the UI to your very own liking. There are currently 5 to choose from, and there will be more in the forseeable future!
- Not only that, but you can now also change the menu music too. There's only 2 at the moment which is the default and Wave 10's menu music. This means that you can keep Wave 10's menu music as your default menu music permanently.

Demo Mod
You may be wondering what with the "Demo Mod" on the name. You see, this is a Demo of a bigger mod that I may be working on throughout 2022. The Full Mod will be developed after the release of Friday Night Funkin': The Full A*s Game. So in the Demo, all characters will only have 3 songs each (since some of them will have more than 3 in the full mod), and there are no dialogues as well...
Waves
Waves are a pack of characters being added to the mod on every major update. Each Wave will include three characters to be added. The maximum number of waves that I want to reach before the release of FNF: The Full A*s Game is at least 20 waves. It might take a long while to get there, but it's worth the shot!
Bonus Characters
In this mod, bonus characters are additional characters that are not in the main plot. They are added in every even number Waves (2, 4, 6, 8, etc.), and only include at least 1 or 2 songs (Bonus Characters will also get more than two songs in the Full Mod, which mainly depends on the characters).
Let me tell ya, Pop'n Music has a big cast of characters, so not every character in Pop'n Music will be added to this mod.
New Playable/Guest Characters
As in The Wave 15 Update, there are 23 playable characters, such as Melodii from Scratchin' Melodii and Peacock from Skullgirls, all with their own voices and their own pause theme. There are many more to come throughout the future. So stay tuned on who's next to join.
Brand New: Extra Mode
Extra Mode is an additional story mode in which takes place 2 months after the main story mode of FNF x PNM. In Extra Mode, you get to play extra weeks that focus on different series. Scratchin' Melodii, Azumanga Daioh, Skullgirls, you named it!
They are usually added alongside the playable characters (that's only if will work for them. Not all will have an extra week with them).
Brand New: Event Mode
Event Mode is the newest mode added in the Wave 8 update. This mode focuses on short songs, seasons, and holidays to be used for event mode. Heck, it also will contain extra challenges, such as finishing the song with a certain amount of combo or the number of misses you can take before being a game over. You'll see!
Customize the Game to your liking!
This mod is very Customizable! There's just so many options. From Note Skins to Announcer. Oh, and even UI skins and Menu Music, too. Whatever floats your boat, change them up that suits you best. They can all be found on the Options Menu!
!!!WARNING!!!
Despite the fact that this mod has content suited for beginners, I would not recommend playing a mod like Friday Night Funkin'x Pop'n Music for individuals who have never played FNF (Vanilla)
or any rhythm game in general for the first time. The mod is quite challenging, and it becomes more challenging as the Waves progress with new tracks and Extra Gameplay modifications.
So, if you want to play the mod even if this is your first time playing FNF, good luck. (I mean, the original Pop'n Music is much more difficult than this.)
Enough said; enjoy the Friday Night Funkin'x Pop'n Music Mod!
