Fixes stats not displaying, some words not displaying, most if not all of the most noticeable English errors and improves consistency.

I made close to 100 changes to the game's localization, this fixes most if not all of the most noticeable English errors, makes some strings more consistent and fixes some cases of words, and all cases of stats, not displaying
Override the localization file
No need to worry about backing up the original file in case you download an incompatible mod later, it is also under downloads.
New 16-12, added an additional 50~ strings and a fix applying to more than a hundred additional ones, for more information look below:
