after some feedback, if you use Windows 11 to open compressed files they corrupt them, use winrar or 7zip to open .zip or .rar files.

Rebuild it from scratch, and now use Radio pulse
What i've done:
Sound are ALL normalized same as default radio (so don't need special volume setup)
ALL new sound have been correctly setup
With kicking at starting race, and correctly end at end race
